Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the UK takes 1-4 days from dispatch. Delivery is carried out by tanker vehicles directly to your premises.

Delivery outside the UK (4-12 days)

General terms

  • Delivery area: mainland UK. Deliveries to islands and certain remote postcodes may incur an additional surcharge; customers will be informed prior to dispatch.
  • Lead time: typically 1–4 working days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability and carrier schedules. Exact delivery windows will be confirmed by email/SMS where available.
  • Delivery method: pallet kerbside delivery. The driver will place the pallet at the kerb or suitable hardstanding only. Drivers are not obliged to carry bags into premises or upstairs — any assisted unloading or tail-lift services must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.
  • Access requirements: ensure adequate vehicle access and a firm, level area for pallet placement. If access is restricted, inform sales before ordering to avoid failed delivery charges.
  • Order processing: orders are confirmed by email. Customers will receive a delivery notification with an estimated day or time window prior to dispatch. Tracking details or carrier contact information will be provided where available.
  • Payment: orders are processed in accordance with the payment terms displayed at checkout; goods will be dispatched after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
