• Unused goods (provided that the goods have not been damaged during the warranty period)

What is not possible?

• Refund of partially opened bags
• Refund After 14 days

You have 14 days to cancel your order.

Cancellation period
The period begins on the day you received the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Non-refundable: Custom-made items.

Refund Procedures

Refund period

We will issue a refund for the purchase price within 14 days following our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs

Free returns

If defects or incorrect delivery are found, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

A partial refund for damaged goods may be possible.

Customer-initiated cancellations

If an order is cancelled by the customer without lawful cause, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods to us.

Defects & Complaints

Report defects

If you find any defects in the delivered goods, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will review each case individually and provide a fair resolution.

Warranty

If defects are found, you are entitled to a refund or additional delivery at our expense. Warranty period: 2 years from the date of delivery.

Damaged goods
Report immediately with photographs of the damage

Incorrect delivery
Return shipping will be covered by us and the correct item will be sent

Quality defects
We will inspect the item and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery
