Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the UK takes 1-4 days from dispatch. Delivery is carried out by tanker vehicles directly to your premises.

You can place an order with express delivery (1-2 days): extra £10

Delivery outside the UK takes 3-12 days from dispatch.

Refund Procedures

Refund period

We will issue a refund for the purchase price within 14 days following our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs

Free returns

If defects or incorrect delivery are found, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

A partial refund for damaged goods may be possible.

Customer-initiated cancellations

If an order is cancelled by the customer without lawful cause, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods to us.

Defects & Complaints

Report defects

If you find any defects in the delivered goods, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will review each case individually and provide a fair resolution.

Warranty

If defects are found, you are entitled to a refund or additional delivery at our expense. Warranty period: 2 years from the date of delivery.
